A very typical Robert Trent Jones design with great views. This beach-side course will have you smiling, even if you are not playing so good.

The course has been designed in the classic tradition of the game with two
distinct nine-hole segments of pure golf. Each
nine begins from the central clubhouse site and meanders through the
rolling terrain with breathtaking vistas of the ocean on some of the
holes.
This
is environmentally sensitive golf at is best, with the course incorporated
with the native Costa Rica landscape. Careful attention has gone into
preserving and enhancing the native forest and mangles. Several lagoons
and lakes have been created to enhance the golfing experience as well as
serve as a filtration system for the golf course runoff.

The course is a true championship
test for those in pursuit of the ultimate challenge. However,
its playability is apparent in that it was designed primarily
for the resort player, with spacious fairways and multiple
teeing options on each hole. The seasonal breezes will dictate
your club selection and provide you with an ever-changing
challenge. I trust you will have as much fun playing Garra
